Emden Airport

Emden Airport is a remote tower: cameras and sensors at the airport feed controllers who work somewhere else. DFS said in November 2024 that Emden would be connected in the following months, the first integration of an AFIS into a remote tower centre.

Caveat. Wikipedia lists Emden as served from Braunschweig since 2024; the DFS release says planned. Unresolved.
